EBT Was Authenticated "Key Software Enterprise within National Planning" (Jan. 2010)
Recently, the list of 2009 Key Software Enterprise
within National Planning was released jointly by National Development
and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology
of the People's Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce of the People's
Republic of China, and State Administration of Taxation. EBT was on
the list. And according to the regulation, enterprises on the list
can enjoy 10% reduction of business income tax.
