Quality Assurance
Our company was certified with ISO 9001:2008 which then acted as the basic quality frame. In 2011, we adopted CMM L5 to enhance the process management. The quality assurance of a project is conducted as follows:
- Make the quality documents of process definition, template and checklist that match the project’s features and make our own quality standard;
- SQA supervise the project’s process and make the information and data, which indicates whether the project is following the plan, the standard and the process, known to the developers and managers;
- Senior managers supervise the project’s process and give some advice according to SQA report and PM report;
- SEPG collect project data and onsite feedback constantly to make constant update in process definition, template and checklist.
